With the addition of the optional "Flanged
Roller" (shown above) to the already Heavy Duty Industrial
Construction of the 2.5 Hinged Steel Belting Conveyor,
Endura-Veyor can now provide additional lifespan and increased
performance for their customers equipment.
As shown below, the "Flanged Roller"
aids the belting from misaligning from the center of the
conveyor by rolling (not scrubbing) against our Heavy Duty
Structural Tracking. This aids in the prevention of premature
wear against the inner side framing, wing guides (fixed or
adjustable), and the belting itself.

2.5 Pitch "Flanged
Roller" Hinged Steel Belting is available in
multiple standard and custom belt widths. This Belting is
designed for Endura-Veyor’s "W"elded Wing Steel Belt
Conveyor Framing, as well as some other manufacturer’s
equipment. Contact an Endura-Veyor Sales Engineer for assistance
with interchange dimensions when used as replacement belting in
other manufacturer’s conveyor frames.
