Slide-On Wing 2.5″ Pitch Hinged Steel Belt Conveyors are designed to provide reliable and efficient handling of scrap metal, parts, chips, and more for light to medium duty applications. The belt wings on these models slide on and off to facilitate easier belt repair or maintenance as needed and overlap to help reduce material jams. This design not only allows for quicker assembly and disassembly but also has the most cost-effective repair and replacement options in this series. All 2500S models feature Endura-Veyor’s SurePath belting which keeps belt axles from scrubbing on the frame, reducing belt drag, wear, and failures.
